Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas (WFSDallas) is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Jones as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Jones succeeds Carter Holston, who has completed his distinguished term as Chairman.
Harry Jones, a respected leader with a longstanding commitment to workforce development and community advancement, brings valuable insight and strategic direction to the Board. His leadership will help WFSDallas continue to innovate in workforce strategies and strengthen alignment with the evolving needs of Dallas County employers and job seekers.
For more than 30 years, Harry Jones has advised global, national, regional, and local employers across the full spectrum of employment law. He has led over 100 high-profile, board-level investigations for school districts, municipalities, colleges, and major institutions. Harry provides day-to-day counsel to human resources professionals on all aspects of the employee lifecycle—including hiring, training, compensation, discipline, and termination—with particular expertise in complex executive and C-suite misconduct matters. With global practice, Harry regularly advises general counsel and HR leaders on multistate compliance issues across all 50 U.S. states, as well as cross-border employment challenges throughout Europe, Africa, and Latin America. He is also a published author, having written on the subject of Dallas’ rivers and dams.
